ProblemTrend ScanMail Management Console on a Microsoft Exchange server crashed and locked me out so I couldn't get back into the console again. The scenario was like this. ScanMail was installed on Server A and Server B. I opened the ScanMail Management Console (SMMC) on Server A. With the SMMC you can connect to another ScanMail server and manage that one too. I had it connect to Server B to manage it. The SMMC crashed, probably due to a configuration error on our part. Attempting to open the SMMC directly from Server B fails with the following message.
